From the Garden

Nothing beats a fresh, homegrown tomato! Except a basket full! Beautiful colors coming from the garden now and I have so many things to make - salsa, tomato pie, salad - but our favorite way to enjoy is with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. YUM!

    I love freash tomatoes! I pick them and they rarely end up in the litchen unless I walk straight in the house with them. I water them and hose them off and then pick and pop them in my pop, one after another!
