A Day at The Beach Jewelry
I love charm bracelets! For this bracelet I started by looking at various colors of chalcedony gemstone beads I had. The blues and aquas remind me of beach glass. I tossed in rectangular shaped freshwater pearls and loved the look! This bracelet includes 3 charms - a bright smiling sun, a sand pail and a sea horse. Match earrings are also available in my Etsy shop.
Hopefully this will bring back memories of your favorite vacations or visits to the beach ♥ It reminds me of family vacations each summer to visit my aunt and uncle in Rogers City, Michigan which is located on Lake Huron.

Zucchini Season! Plus a recipe for Blueberry Zucchini Bread
It's officially zucchini season! This is my first time growing zucchini. We have a garden plot in our city's community garden and planted zucchini, cucumbers and pumpkins. We've picked a few zucchinis so far.
I had a pint of blueberries from the local market and pulled out this recipe that I've been wanting to try. The addition of sweet fresh blueberries is a winner!
Blueberry Zucchini Bread
3 eggs lightly beaten
1 c vegetable oil (I subsituted 1/2 applesauce)
3 t vanilla extract
2 c white sugar
2 c shredded zucchini
3 c all purpose flour
1 t salt
1 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 T ground cinnamon
1/2 t freshly ground nutmeg
1 pint fresh blueberries
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 4 to 5 mini loaf pans.
2. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar. Fold in the zucchini. Beat in the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared loaf pans.
3. Bake 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Enjoy!

Cream Puff and Berries Dessert Recipe
As promised, here is the recipe for my Cream Puff and Berries Dessert. This is so good - like a big eclair! I always get requests for this recipe.
Crust:
1 cup water
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Bring water and butter to a boil. Turn heat to low and slowly mix in flour. Remove from heat. Mix in eggs one at a time. Batter will be sticky. Spread in bottom and sides of a greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Crust will be puffy. Lightly press down any big 'pockets' with a spatula. Let cool.
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
3 small boxes French vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 cup milk
Fruit – sliced strawberries and blueberries
Cool whip
Beat together softened cream cheese, pudding and milk. Add a bit more milk if too thick. Spread mixture into cooled shell. Cover with sliced fruit and then spread cool whip on top. Decorate with more fruit. Refrigerate for a few hours. You can also drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
